Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed within 2–3 business days. Production will begin during this timeframe and typically takes up to 10 days to complete.

Please note that rush fees do not apply to shipping time, and HP Design cannot be held responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

For local pickup orders, we ask that they be collected within 14 days of purchase. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and shipping restrictions may apply depending on order volume or destination.
